Inspired by Sophie’s facial workout Instagram sessions, we decided to launch an online WORKOUT WITH SOPHIE series to connect as a community. This is your chance to workout with Sophie, ask your questions and learn specific facial techniques LIVE. With different topics on each session to help educate and raise awareness to the art of specific facial practices. 

If you’ve attended any of Sophie’s workshops or masterclasses, you’ll know that holding a LIVE discussion is Sophie’s go to, sharing knowledge and empowering a global community! All questions welcome.

You of course have the option to sit and quietly listen or join in with cameras on and have Sophie guide you through with LIVE feedback. We strongly encourage cameras to be on and to follow along during the sessions for maximum benefits and engagement.
